This is winter in the South. The kids woke up to snow this morning. They had a good time playing and now it is melting away. Of course, if it snows here there is no school. They blame bad roads, but who really wants to be in a room with kids who only see snow once in the winter.Â

OK, the video isn’t great (see below), but grandma, grandpa, mama and papa can still get an idea of how excited the kids were before sunrise on Christmas morning. Santa doesn’t wrap the gifts he leaves at the Craze household, so it is always exciting for the kids to run out and see what they received.

The kids were so excited about the loot left by Santa that it took a while to convince them to unwrap the rest of their gifts. But once they got started, it was hard to slow them down. The finally completed their “work.” The Fisher-Price GeoTrax was a big hit with Parker. Here he is trying out his Airport.

And finally, a few more photos of the kids. Needless to say, you can see the kids were excited.

Just like county workers. One working and two supervising.
